Community Impact
Riverview Health has operated as a cornerstone of service for our great community for over a century, and that dedication continues in all that we do today. Our entire system is committed to improving health across our communities through many free and low-cost initiatives aimed at increasing access and bettering outcomes.
As a county-owned hospital, we serve the needs of all individuals through millions of dollars in uncompensated care each year.
We provide free educational seminars, community festivals, chronic illness management classes, support groups and more to continue maximizing the wellbeing of our cities.
We complete Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNAs) throughout the year to ensure we are targeting the areas of greatest need and increasing the impact of our service.
We partner with numerous philanthropic organizations that benefit our community, including Meals on Wheels, Indiana Donor Network, Women in Need Foundation, Boys & Girls Club of Hamilton County, and several others.
We are a proud partner of the Suburban Health Organization, an initiative comprised of 13+ hospitals aimed at increasing access to quality care for those who need it most.
Our foundation, Touch of Love, has been in operation for over 60 years championing the needs of our community through volunteer efforts, donation campaigns and more.
